How we look after your data.

Rivilo is still in development, with a small group of early adopters. This page covers the basics. If your team needs more, like a security questionnaire or our data processing agreement, ask us and we answer it ourselves.

  1. Stored in the EU

Your account and everything you create in Rivilo is stored with Google Cloud in the European Union.

  2. Not used for training

When Rivilo drafts or sorts something, only the content that task needs goes to the AI model. The providers we use do not train on your content.

  3. Only what a task needs

Rivilo reads your mail when it needs to and keeps the card it made, not a copy of your inbox. It asks only for the permissions its features use.

  4. You stay in control

Nothing is sent without your approval. Disconnect any account whenever you like, and we delete your account and content within 30 days of your request.

Found a security issue? Email getintouch@rivilo.app with "security" in the subject. The details are in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Our values

  1. Privacy by design

Your work is stored in the EU and never used to train anyone's model. Everything Rivilo remembers about a client is visible, editable and deletable, by you.

  2. Value human work

The judgement, the taste and the relationship with the client are the job. Those stay with the people who were hired to do them.

  3. Keep the user in control

Every reply, document and invoice stays a draft until a person approves it. Nothing goes to a client on its own.

  4. Automate the distractions

Sorting, chasing, formatting, remembering: the groundwork that has to happen and that nobody was hired for. That is what we automate, so the rest of the day is free for what actually matters.
