Built for our own studio first.
Rivilo started as an experiment inside Future Ready, our studio in Amsterdam. We have run our own client work on it since May 2026, before anyone else used it.
Questions
Does Rivilo monitor my team?
No. It reads client emails, cards and documents. Never who is online, message counts or productivity. That is a product rule, not a setting.
Will it send something without me?
No. Every reply, document and invoice is a draft until a person approves it.
We use Microsoft 365. Does it work?
Outlook and Teams are in beta. You sign in with your work account, Rivilo reads your Outlook mailbox, and a Teams channel gets a message per card.
Where is our data?
Google Cloud, EU region. Drafting runs on Claude via Anthropic in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses; Mistral in the EU is being added. Details on the security page.
Is it ready?
It runs our own studio every day. Every team starts with a guided setup with our team, on your own requests, before any contract.
